Deadline for Abstract submission
Abstracts should be submitted electronically through the following link:

Maximum one week after Author’s Abstract submission, the Authors will be notified about the decision of the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee selects the abstract on the basis of at least two reviews. The abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will be included in a Book of Abstracts with an ISBN-number.

31 May 2025

Deadline for full paper submission. The papers are limited to 4 or 6 pages, and must be prepared according to the guidelines for authors available here.
Full paper should be submitted electronically through the following link:

15 June 2025

Authors will be notified about the decision of the Scientific Committee. The full papers will be reviewed by at least two internationally recognized experts.

25 June 2025

Deadline submission for revised final papers. All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee will be included in the volume of Proceedings published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
